Make it a habit to laugh often and at the simple things of life. It never hurts to laugh at yourself too. This way, you will become more confident, happy and cheerful as well as get over shyness easily.

You need to speak clearly and avoid any mumbling to prevent others from thinking that you are not confident and shy. Always talk clearly, maintain an upright posture that will convey a sense of confidence to others. Talking in a clear manner will also leave you more relaxed.

Goals
You can try setting aside small goals for your own accomplishment at first. Then, as you start accomplishing these, you can become more daring and set aside tougher goals. In this manner, you will be able to get over shyness.
